Info re: Warming Up In Goal Mouth

No teams on U9 and above fields will be allowed to pre-game warm-up in the penalty area. Warming up for 15 minutes or so before the game probably gives this area 20 times the usage as during the whole game. This compacts the soil, and is one of the biggest reasons for grass damage. We all want to play on better quality fields and this is a step in that direction.

The Board of Directors of MYSA and Raytown Soccer Club are concerned about the conduct of all coaches and parents during games at all levels, from recreational to premier. We want to ensure that games are fair, positive and enjoyable experiences for all of the children and adults involved.  A soccer game should be friendly and unifying – a spirited social and athletic occasion for players, coaches, referees and spectators.

To clarify expectations of coach conduct, we jointly expect all coaches to conform to the following codes of conduct:

Coaches Code of Conduct

Players and Spectators Code of Conduct
