The Avalon Mother's Day Classic has been cancelled due to rain as of Saturday Evening.
The St Charles County Parks Department has decided to close Mueller Fields for the remainder of the weekend due to the storms that began Saturday and will go into Sunday.
I would like to thank the staff at Avalon for giving their best shot to try to get in as many games as possible and make this tournament happen.
Everyone at Avalon did an excellent job today to bad Mother Nature was not willing to help out for the remainder of the weekend.
